These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and a6wan ("a6wan", "we", "us", "the Platform") in respect of your use of the a6wan website, mobile site, and all associated gaming and betting services available at a6wan.net.
By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the a6wan platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. This acceptance forms a binding contract between you and a6wan.

Each individual is permitted to hold one a6wan account only. The opening or maintenance of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or payment details — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts detected by a6wan will be closed, and all balances and pending bonuses on those accounts will be void.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and update your a6wan account promptly if any of your details change. Providing false or misleading information — including but not limited to a false date of birth, fictitious name, or fraudulent payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
a6wan is designed and marketed for Pakistani players. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the a6wan platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. a6wan makes no representation that its services are appropriate or permitted for use in any specific location. Residents of certain jurisdictions may be restricted from registering or maintaining an account. a6wan reserves the right to restrict access from any territory at its sole discretion.
a6wan reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal rights and may result in account closure.
All a6wan accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PKR unless otherwise specified. a6wan reserves the right to apply applicable exchange rates where currency conversion is required.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, or betting activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. a6wan reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after providing written notice to the registered email or mobile number. The dormancy fee will not reduce the account balance below zero.
a6wan currently accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, and Meezan Bank. a6wan reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The applicable minimum for each payment method is displayed on the a6wan deposits page at the time of transaction. a6wan does not accept cash deposits or payments by postal order.
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. a6wan strictly prohibits deposits from third-party accounts, including accounts belonging to family members. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed, and the associated a6wan account may be suspended pending investigation.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your a6wan account in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to reflect depending on the originating institution's processing times.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the identity information on file with a6wan. You must have completed identity verification before your first withdrawal can be approved. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts belonging to third parties.
a6wan aims to process withdrawal requests within one business day of approval. Processing times are subject to verification requirements and may be extended in cases where additional documentation is requested. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed the same business day once approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take two to five business days depending on the receiving institution.
Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the a6wan withdrawals page. Requests below the stated minimum will not be processed and will be returned to your a6wan account balance.
a6wan reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending identity verification, fraud review, or bonus wagering completion checks. Players will be notified of any hold applied to their withdrawal request and the reason therefor.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by a6wan are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a6wan accounts are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated while a bonus is active are ringfenced and not withdrawable until wagering requirements are satisfied in full.
While a bonus is active in your a6wan account, you must not place a single bet exceeding PKR 2,000 (or such other amount as stated in the promotion terms). Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Not all a6wan games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer games, Andar Bahar, and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Applicable contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.
All a6wan bonuses carry an expiry date, which will be stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds, free spins, and associated winnings that remain unwagered after the expiry date will be automatically removed from the account without notice.
All casino games offered on the a6wan platform — including live dealer games such as Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack, as well as slot games and instant win games — are provided by certified third-party game suppliers. Game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning under camera supervision.
a6wan does not and cannot alter game outcomes. Winning and losing are inherent features of casino games, and past results have no bearing on future outcomes. By playing casino games on a6wan, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of games of chance.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the affected round will be declared void and any stake placed in that round will be returned to your a6wan account balance. Winnings from rounds affected by a proven malfunction will not be paid.
All sports bets placed on a6wan are subject to the rules of the relevant sport and the a6wan sportsbook rules applicable at the time of bet placement. Cricket betting — including PSL, international bilateral series, T20 World Cup, and Test cricket — is governed by the Laws of Cricket as administered by the ICC and supplemented by a6wan sportsbook rules.
A bet may be declared void by a6wan in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before settlement criteria are met; the event is rescheduled outside the applicable settlement window; incorrect odds were published due to a manifest error; or the relevant governing body rules the result invalid. Void bets will have their stake returned to the player's a6wan account.
a6wan reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error (manifest error), regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. Manifest errors include but are not limited to: obviously incorrect odds, transposed figures, and system errors resulting in odds significantly outside market standards.
a6wan applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are displayed in the sportsbook and are subject to change. Bets settled above the applicable maximum payout limit will be capped at that limit, with the excess amount not being paid to the player.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the a6wan platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
a6wan reserves the right to immediately and permanently close any account found to have engaged in any of the above prohibited activities, to void all bets and casino game rounds associated with that account, and to withhold any balance including winnings pending investigation and recovery of losses caused to a6wan.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your a6wan login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP verification codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party, including family members. a6wan will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your a6wan account, you must contact a6wan support immediately at [email protected] to request an account freeze. a6wan will investigate reported unauthorised access incidents and take appropriate security measures, but cannot be held responsible for losses incurred prior to the receipt of a freeze request.
a6wan is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides players with tools to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality check alerts, loss limits, and self-exclusion options accessible from within the player account settings.
Age Restriction: a6wan is strictly for players aged 21 and over. a6wan conducts age verification checks on all accounts before processing real-money transactions. Players who provide false age information will have their accounts permanently closed and balances forfeited.
Self-exclusion requests are honoured immediately upon receipt. Once a self-exclusion is active, a6wan will not accept deposits or bets from the excluded account for the duration of the exclusion period. Players subject to self-exclusion are advised to contact their bank or mobile wallet provider to apply blocking controls at the payment level as an additional safeguard.

All content on the a6wan platform — including but not limited to software, code, design, graphics, text, logos, game assets, and audio-visual elements — is the property of a6wan or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the a6wan platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the a6wan platform without prior written consent from a6wan.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a6wan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the a6wan platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
a6wan's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
a6wan does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and shall not be liable for losses arising from technical downtime, maintenance periods, or connectivity issues outside a6wan's reasonable control.
a6wan reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, a6wan will, subject to any applicable holds or investigations, process withdrawal of the remaining verified balance to the player's registered payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe.
a6wan reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email or mobile number on file and/or by displaying a notice on the a6wan platform. Continued use of a6wan after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which a6wan holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
a6wan operates a fair complaints procedure.
